Black Entrepreneur Spotlight Series
Dr. Alise started providing intuitive life coaching sessions and intuitive readings professionally back in 2012. It was at that point that she realized that her intuitive sessions should be done through a not for profit to further the mission and serve more people at a cost-effective manner and with more transparency. So, the Alise Spiritual Healing & Wellness Center became a non profit in 2015.
The Alise Spiritual Healing & Wellness Center sole mission is to educate, guide, heal, and empower every individual to become his or her personal best to live a balanced life in body, mind, and spirit. In other words, we help people get to their core by helping them learn how to connect to their intuition to make decisions that will empower them to live authentic and unapologetic.
All people are born with intuition but they have not developed it enough or trust it enough to connect to it.We teach people how to find the answers to the two most important questions of their life–Who They Are? Why They Are Here?–to navigate this journey we call life.
What was your child hood aspirations?
My childhood aspirations has been to teach others and have done that on many platforms, including in public schools and universities. At my core, it has been to be a Merchant of Hope to others and serve humanity. I started a middle school girls club back in 1995 called the Secret Sisters Club and I write about journey in my Linelle Destiny Book Series.
This childhood dream has now turned into a global non-profit, Linelle Destiny Holland International. I realize that my life’s mission is so much bigger than myself and it shows in my life’s work so it is important for me to develop global leaders to continue the mission.
The other Not for Profit, Alise Spiritual Healing & Wellness Center was created because there is a need to help people connect to their intuition and get in tune with their spiritual side. After all, we are spiritual beings having human experiences and we are born for a purpose.
I was born with the gifts of knowledge, prophecy, teaching, leadership, and wisdom and had my first prophetic dream at the age of 7. From that point on, I have been on a mission to help people learn how to hear from God through their intuition in all areas of their lives.
Can you give our readers a quick answer on business advice?
It is so important to know who you are and why you are here. The answer to these two questions will help you take the right opportunities and embrace changes that are designed to continue to help you growth more spiritually to serve humanity.
Your intuition will teach you how to create money through your life’s work. When it comes to evaluating business opportunities, listen to your intuition as there will be many signs to help guide you as you are in the process of doing business. As my grandmother would say, “Go with Your First Mind”…and that is your intuition, Y’all.
What was your toughest challenge?
My toughest challenge was learning how to communicate what we do in a way that people will understand. My intuition kicked in and said “Show Them”. I had to translate that to understand that meant to let people experience intuitive readings and intuitive life sessions to better understand what it was. After people experienced their first intuitive readings and intuitive life sessions, the visions came to past and the rest is history.
